Klecko is a 45+year master bread baker who has baked bread for many dignitaries, including former Russian president Mikhail Gorbachev. He is an award-winning poet and the author of seven books. He has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, St. Paul Pioneer Press and Next Avenue, a digital publication of PBS.
